Wall of Fame Now Up!

The Wall of Fame is now up in the studio! This serves as a little bit of an inner studio competition between my clients. So far in the first couple of weeks I’ve seen a wall squat held for over 5 minutes and a plank held for 3 minutes.

Those two have created the most competition but I’m also tracking consecutive jump ropes…time is irrelevant I’m going by how many times a person can jump the rope without any mistakes. In order to create a little bit of suspense and add some pressure you will only get one attempt per session so be on your A game.

Lastly, I added burpees. How many can be done with no breaks, no pausing. I’ve taken the pushups out of the burpee so you’re just going down, kicking your feet back and in, then hopping at the top. Pause for a second to recover and you’re done! I assume we’ll have some attempts to fill out the board this week.

Board will be updated weekly and I’ll probably post any new feats on the website or the Facebook page.
