I stumbled across the image below. Personally never ran through a quick @ home pyramid routine and thought this may be interesting. Be your own personal trainer and push yourself through these two routines.
Cardio Pyramid:
20 high knees
40 butt kicks
80 jumping jacks
100 seconds running in place
80 jumping jacks
40 butt kicks
20 high knees
Leg Pyramid:
20 squats
30 lunges
40 toe touches
50 second wall sit
100 jumping jacks
50 second wall sit
40 toe touches
30 lunges
20 squats
Run through that a few times and let me know how it goes for you in the comments below!
