Should take you less than 5 minutes to read through and a lot of it is what I’ve been preaching all along but through our conversations I know some of you still skip breakfast, don’t drink enough water, don’t get an adequate mix of protein/carbs/fats! This is a very short but informative list that everyone can benefit from and you should take whats in it and apply it daily. If you’re trying to improve your health, body, strength, energy, etc…(which you all should be by exercising on a regular basis) then no excuse not to!
