A few site & services updates and RP diet templates

I made a few cosmetic site changes this morning here and there, updated a couple of photos. The gym is constantly changing as I’m often acquiring new equipment. By the time I post new pictures I’ve already added a piece or rearranged a few others!

As Black Friday draws near I’ve been on the lookout for new gear and already brought in a large deadlift jack, a more durable triceps attachment for the cable machine and plan to pickup a hip thruster bench! So may hold off on new site photos until then.

I have added a link to the Renaissance Auto Diet Templates on the main page as they’re by far my preferred choice for client food tracking. Rarely do I recommend anything but for the past 3 years they’ve been one of the few services I’ve outsourced. 

The business consulting service has been ended. I’ll no longer provide this. With more online training coming for non studio clients and there only being one of me I’ve decided to allocate that time towards the in studio clients and online training. In the future it may be something I consider bringing back with a few prospective trainers at a time. 

Lastly, I will be adding some “Variety and Adherence” fat loss training templates to the website via my Taylor Carpenter Personal Training App. These will be available for purchase soon. They’re designed to offer variety to keep people a little more entertained. The custom programming I’ll be providing soon after will be geared more towards strength and volume progress, they will have much less variation and the actual weight used, sets, reps, etc…will be whats altered.
