75 years old with body of a 20 year old

I’ve done a lot of consultations since I began personal training in charlotte nc and quite often people will believe they are too old, too out of shape, too tired, too far gone to turn things around. The above video is a 75 year old woman with the body of a 20 year old! If that can’t generate a spark of motivation then I don’t know what can.

She says she runs 80 miles a week, maintains a 1700 calorie diet, and uses no supplements.

If this 75 year old woman can accomplish this, whats stopping you?
