RP Diet Templates Are Highly Recommended

I have added a section to the website describing and recommending the Renaissance Periodization Diet Templates as my preferred option for client diet management.

I’ve also recently began offering 1 on 1 Nutrition Classes at the studio for individuals struggling with either MyFitnessPal or the RP Diet Templates. Both can be easy to learn and invaluable tools but there may be a learning curve especially if you have not performed a proper diet before, prepared foods, etc. As I’ve performed a number of classes, I’ve started to develop a tiered system of progression to understand both methods more efficiently. In time, I will be updating the website with further details on what each tier will cover. Prerequisites will be required before moving to the next level to try and prevent individuals from feeling overwhelmed.

I very seldom provide referrals to anything, Renaissance Periodization is one of the very few companies that I do. In short, they provide fat loss and muscle gain diet templates based on your gender and weight. It’s a one time fee of $109, they provide an easy to follow diet template in the PDF format (screenshot below) with a comprehensive FAQ guide. You are provided with a recommended food list, a break down of how much to eat and when to eat it. Templates are designed to last at least 24 weeks for that one time fee of $109 and may last longer depending on how much weight you lose or gain. If you go in either direction about 20lbs or more then they’ll usually recommend a new template.


As a former MyFitnessPal user, I made the switch to the RP diet templates back in 2015 and never looked back. I always provide clients with the option of using MFP or RP but emphasize that in my opinion RP will yield greater results, better adherence, improved energy, increased strength and a overall high level of structure.
