Now carrying MAJOR brand low cost supplements!

Posted by:

Since my website has gotten more visitors and I’ve developed a steady personal training clientele here in Charlotte NC (not to mention my recent publication in The Fitness Edge)… I’ve had many many people contact (harass) me about buying into their supplement line or signing up for the latest magic weight loss shake that has worked for hundreds of thousands of people…”You can quadruple your income, win a car, go on fancy vacations”. The whole cult like nature of things didn’t appeal to me.

I don’t take a vast amount of supplements, I use 5-6 days out of the week to track my calories and macronutrients…With the exception of a very large cheat meal on the weekends, I eat what I’m supposed to. I watch my quantities and don’t deprive myself of what I want. If I want spaghetti (my favorite food) then I will have it…I simply won’t have 8 cups worth of it.

Supplements are not meant to be your primary source of nutritional intake but their purpose, as the name intended, is to SUPPLEMENT your diet. I primarily use multivitamins, fish oil, protein powder, protein bars, joint support, & the occasional energy booster as needed. There are a wide variety of options out there and each individual is different.

I have access to just about any supplement you can imagine and I don’t want to guarantee I can beat any local price but I’d say I’m fairly confident I’ll be able to. I will be carrying MAJOR BRAND supplements. What you will see in GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, etc…

For example, some of the top brands…
Optimum Nutrition
Think Thin
Controlled Labs
USP Labs

If you’d like to check and see if I can get you favorite products for a little cheaper and have them at the studio for you leave a comment below. Hope to have some samples next week and I’ll see if I can possible get a catalog together.
