I have now added a page to the website that lists all my permanent openings of availability.

Openings are very limited but I’ve been able to create a few extra time slots to accommodate new customers. I have started a waiting list, so if you’re preferred time is filled, shoot me an email so I can get you towards the top!

With Black Friday passing I’ve made some significant upgrades to the studio as promised along with many new additions of equipment which will be shared in the next few days. Most notably I’ve replaced the entire gym floor with a much thicker/softer surface.

Keep in mind, rates will be increasing January of 2014 for new customers so NOW is the time to join. I will also be removing the 30 minute and 60 minute options going forward in 2014 for those that are not already clients. After years of experience I feel 45 minutes is by and far the best option for one on one personal training.

2013 was a huge year for Taylor Carpenter Personal Training, big things coming for 2014, looking forward to it!
