I saw a video on Youtube and it looked insanely difficult so I thought I’d give it a shot. Not quite as fluid as the original but I’ll be working on it some more. It’s almost a combination of a modified pullup and knee raise. Very challenging abdominal and cardio exercise, once you get a little momentum I didn’t feel like the pullup aspect of the exercise was too tough.
