Motivated from all the Black Friday purchases coming to the gym, I felt some extra strength Friday night. Hadn’t attempted to go much over 400lbs in a few months and decided to push it a little bit.
Hit 460 for 1 rep and then attempted 480. I didn’t quite get the 480 but I thought I would. Typically new equipment, new exercises are a motivating trigger for me. I’ll post a little bit later in the week with all the Black Friday purchases coming to the studio, I believe it will end up being 11-13 new items or so.
Continuously, throughout the year and especially on Black Friday I am constantly upgrading the personal training studio and/or simply finding new additions. I can’t imagine there is anywhere else in Charlotte that keeps updating and upgrading at the rate that I do. Looking forward to the next couple of weeks as all these items get shipped in!
