I made a few cosmetic site changes this morning here and there, updated a couple of photos. The gym is constantly changing as I’m often acquiring new equipment. By the time I post new pictures I’ve already added a piece or rearranged a few others!

Male Strength Templates Almost Done (Online Personal Training)

Three months worth of workout programming towards the online personal training men’s strength templates have now been finished. One more months worth then on to the females.

The original online personal training templates will be designed for male/female strength, male/female fat loss, and a more generic varied template simply geared towards adherence. Over time I’ll probably add some more options but to get things going those will be the 5 groups targeted.

Exclusive 45 Minutes Sessions, 30/60 Min Options Discontinued

I have decided to discontinue the 30 minute and 60 minute session options going forward. From now on I will be working exclusively one on one with clients for 45 minute sessions. No boot camps, no groups/pairs. I am the only personal training studio in Charlotte NC that I’m aware of that works exclusively one on one with no other trainers/clients in the gym area.
