Personal Training Packages Updated for 2019

I have updated the Personal Training Rates page on the website for 2019.

The “4 Sessions Per Week (16 per month)” option has been discontinued, it simply doesn’t provide enough time/opportunity to get makeups in within a billing cycle. I discontinued the “5 Sessions Per Week” option a few years ago. Currently 100% of the clients are on 1-3x per week packages so it seemed like the appropriate time.

Now, when new clients sign up there are 3 packages to choose from, pretty straight forward. I’ve learned over the years that offering excessive options just creates more confusion.

Additional Services & Membership Upgrades” has also been added onto the rates page. These are not included in the “1 on 1 Personal Training” packages at my Ballantyne studio but may be purchased as “add ons” to supplement your experience.

More details will come with the online training and DIY training templates later on in the year at some point. The other listed services can be discussed more in depth during your consult or as you become a personal training member.
