MyFitnessPal Contest Winners!

Last week I announced the MyFitnessPal contest winners. I decided to go ahead and select TWO WINNERS instead of just one as originally planned.

For potential new clients who may be visiting my site for the first time…I ran this contest recently to award clients that logged their food daily the opportunity for a free customized diet plan from a registered dietitian. A reward for doing what you’re supposed to do, so win or lose you really reap the benefits regardless!

Overall, I was pretty happy with the participation of this contest. I did see an increase in logging and looked like about 70-80% participated in logging their food daily throughout the month of July. I do plan on creating a similar contest in the near future where some of the newer clients who’ve passed the 2 month mark would now be able to participate.

Logging your food is so quick & easy there are really zero excuses not to if you’re making an attempt to reach your full potential. It’s helped me tremendously, I’ve always enjoyed working out and being athletic but once I started logging my food daily & correctly it really does take your progress up more than a few notches.

On to the winners….after checking through everything and seeing who was still eligible I simply pulled names from a hat. Originally this contest would have 1 winner but I bought three diet plans so I figured why not pick two? Marilyn H and Donna H were the names I pulled, they both logged accurately for the entire month of July and had perfect attendance with no late cancellations as well. I will see them both Monday with prize in hand to send them over to Total Nutrition Technology for their extensive customized diet plans. Congrats!
