Gut Flora?

You can find many articles online about fat loss but they primarily regurgitate the same info. I like to find things that I haven’t read a billion times and I believe this article presents a slightly different perspective.

Towards the bottom, they provide a few tips which I would agree with in implementing a new diet. They stress the importance of increased fiber and consuming fish oils…people fear the term “fat” but fish oil is essential in any diet, you NEED good fat.

I’ve never heard of the term “gut flora” before this article but you will learn about that and the negative impact of maintaining an unhealthy gut. If fat loss is a goal of yours definitely take a few minutes to read over this short article.
