Taylor Carpenter has enrolled in the Fitness Nutrition Specialist program designed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. NASM is the same organization where I obtained my personal training certification along with my corrective exercises specialist credential.
When I first got into fitness & exercise it was basically an athletic replacement for baseball. Over the past few years I’ve really tried to shift a lot of my attention towards the nutritional side of things and I believe its made a world of difference.
Improving your eating habits cannot only accelerate results but to name a few it can improve performance, strength the immune system, and provide you with more energy throughout the day. Outside of one bout of food poisoning and a short stretch of mono I have really not gotten sick over the past 10+ years and I believe that good health record falls back on my eating habits and consistent exercise routine.
