If you plan ahead there are very few valid excuses for falling off a diet. Normally, I think most people just prioritize whatever else they choose over following their diet to validate the “I was just too busy, it’s too hard” excuse.
Saturday I went to the Knights game, was expecting 3-4 hours without food.
Before I left the house I ate a bagel (50g carbs) and made a quick 50/50 blend casein/whey shake to down right before entering the stadium.
