Tell Me About Your Foam Rolling Experience

It has taken a bit longer than anticipated but I’m still trying to put together a handout to go along with the upcoming self myofascial release a.k.a. “foam rolling” instructional class I’ll be offering in the near future. This handout will describe most of what we talk about during this class and will be given out as a reference to keep everything fresh.

I will be including a couple of testimonials. I’ll probably use 3-4. This is not a testimonial for Taylor Carpenter Personal Training but a description of how foam rolling helped you overcome an injury, maybe you were able to do exercises after foam rolling consistently that you couldn’t before (hip extensions on the ghd anyone?).

I could use a short paragraph detailing a few real client experiences, I think it will help some non believers possibly buy in a little more.
