Whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, improve performance, or simply increase your overall heath I have been trained to work with clients of all types. I customize exercise programs based on an individual’s subjective and objective information.

In order for me to obtain the subjective information, you will be asked a series of questions relating to prior injuries, any medical conditions, current medications, hobbies, occupations, etc. In some cases, a client may be required to get approval from their physician before engaging in physical activity.

The objective information will be a fitness assessment and this will be your first training session.  The assessment will vary depending upon the client, age, goals, etc. There are a variety of tests I will put you through to test agility, balance, posture, strength, and cardiorespiratory stamina.
