New Roman Chair for Low Back Pain

Last Friday, I bought this Roman Chair. We’ve been performing hyperextensions with stability balls, standing w/ resistance bands, flexing at the hip off a flat bench, etc…

This is a great addition to the studio and will be used a lot! Approximately 85% of people will experience low back pain in their lifetimes, 8 out of 10 people! It’s safe to say a lot of that pain is from a lack of use, a lack of strength in the area. Even your average gym goer will target their abs for the washboard stomach but neglect the muscles of the low back. Your low back is part of your core too!! Don’t neglect!
