Quick Home Workout, No Equipment Necessary

Had a client that had to cancel late and was running short on time, asked for a quick workout they could do at home. Below requires no equipment and if done properly should be a pretty efficient total body cardio driven workout that can be done in very little time.

Perform each exercise for 30-45 seconds depending on your abilities, as many reps as you can perform in that time frame. Try to take as little rest as possible and go through 3-4 times.

plank
burpees
knee pushups
bodyweight squats
reverse situp
bridge
jumping jacks
30s of rest
repeat
