Online Training Strength Templates Complete!

It’s taken longer than I anticipated and have been dealing with internet issues at the gym since the first of May but the strength training templates are finally DONE! I’ve also written out a FAQ sheet that will be available for each template I design. This will be made available in DropBox along with some scientific studies, how to’s, and whatever else I think may be worth adding.

It will be necessary to read these FAQ’s in their entirety to really understand and use the templates properly. They will be designed for people with at least a year of training experience.

I’m still exploring how I will handle the billing for new clients, you will pay within the app but I will likely run a special upon initial release with an online voucher for website visitors, instagram users, facebook users, and of course…existing clients. This will be available temporarily while I work the bugs out and receive some feedback on the app/templates.

Next I will begin work on the fat loss templates and an additional “adherence” template that will not be designed with progression in mind but simply adherence. Ideally, the best type of training is one that progresses linearly either by overall volume or by weight used (intensity). If that doesn’t motivate a person and they would prefer more variety, the person gets bored easily, then that is who these “Adherence” templates will be designed for. It will likely be a completely different workout each time without really monitoring intensity each workout (unlike the fat loss & strength templates). I may rename is but those will be the three initial templates offered.
