New Small Group & Saturday Fitness Class

I am now offering Small Group Personal Training and Saturday Fitness Classes. This is a less expensive option in comparison to the premier 1 on 1 training service but still provides an excellent workout. Saturday fitness classes are an excellent option to do in addition to your regularly scheduled sessions but they’re now open to everyone.

Small group training is currently only being offered Mon-Wed-Fri at 10AM, but if you have a group of 3 or more and would like to setup your own group at a different time…then contact me and we can work something out.

Saturday fitness classes are currently every Saturday at 8am for an hour, as demand changes there may be additional times. Appointment only.
