NEW Fitness Results Tracker App NOW AVAILABLE!!

The results tracker app is now available for $5/month (every 28 days). Below is the direct link for purchase.
 
 
Existing clients at the studio will maintain a 50% discount for the duration of their membership and will currently run a 25% 1 month special for new non-studio members. Use code “2017socialmedia”. Existing clients I will email you all later this week with a unique code for the 50%
 
This will be a slow role out and will only focus on the results tracking features. I’ve already designed a few workout programs for purchase but they won’t be available until a later date. Individual day to day custom workouts (for vacation, extra sessions @ home, etc) will also be something made available soon.
 
Currently with this app you can log your own workouts (or workouts we do at the studio) to monitor progress, upload progress photos, log body weight along with body measurements and input cardio workouts. Lastly, there is an extensive exercise video library with demos along with detailed descriptions on how to perform each exercise. I will be designing a PDF file to detail the proper way to perform body measurements.
 
It would be a very solid resource if you’re into the data and monitoring the numbers. Along with this, existing clients will get free wifi access at the studio for logging. I’ll continue to update your strength workbooks and workout notes in DropBox so I will not be manually updating this app for you.
 
This will be the very early stages of the app. I hope to continuously enhance the features and options as I get more and more familiar with it over time.
