Three months worth of workout programming towards the online personal training men’s strength templates have now been finished. One more months worth then on to the females.
The original online personal training templates will be designed for male/female strength, male/female fat loss, and a more generic varied template simply geared towards adherence. Over time I’ll probably add some more options but to get things going those will be the 5 groups targeted.
The app will also have a number of features. All the progress tracking will be made available to existing 1 on 1 clients as part of your normal service. Progress photos can be uploaded, measurements tracked, and if you choose to track your own workouts either with me or at home on your own through the app then strength progression charts will also be inside.
Unfortunately, this will take time so there is no immediate time table on the release but I will keep making updates as content is added.
For new potential online personal training clients, I’m also adding lots of content to DropBox relative to most anyones exercise/diet goals. This will include infographics, how to’s, scientific studies, etc. Over time I gear for it to be a regularly updated overload of information for those who want to dig a little deeper. This will be rolling out to existing 1 on 1 clients in the near future.Share
