Exclusive 45 Minutes Sessions, 30/60 Min Options Discontinued

I have decided to discontinue the 30 minute and 60 minute session options going forward. From now on I will be working exclusively one on one with clients for 45 minute sessions. No boot camps, no groups/pairs. I am the only personal training studio in Charlotte NC that I’m aware of that works exclusively one on one with no other trainers/clients in the gym area.

I’ve worked previously where 30/60 minutes were both options but I believe 45 minutes is the ideal time. 30 minutes often seems too rushed especially when working on important technique lifts such as the dead lift, squat or bent over barbell row. If 45 minutes isn’t enough, people are always welcome to use my cardio room before and/or after their training session as a solid warmup/cooldown or some additional post workout cardio. 60 minutes on a regular basis really appears to be overkill especially with a plyometric type workout.

Existing clients who already have memberships will not be affected by this new decision. If you are already a 30 minute or 60 minute client you are more or less grandfathered in to what you have already signed up for unless you choose to change in the future. Any downgrade however, would revert to the new rates which are now exclusively 45 minutes.
