Easy Cooking Pre-Workout Meal

Easy cooking. Another preworkout meal by Taylor Carpenter, a personal trainer in Charlotte NC.
5oz 93% lean ground beef
1.5 cups of brown rice
1 cup of kale
1/2 serving of unsalted almonds

Beef cooked in bulk, brown rice cooked in bulk, kale pulled out of a bag, almonds pulled out of a can. Doesn’t get much quicker and easier

Depending on your goals and current weight you would probably need to adjust the quantities above. But you’re getting protein from the beef, complex unprocessed carbohydrates from the brown rice, sodium free fat from the almonds, and rich essential vitamins from the kale (or pretty much any other green).

This is an ideal pre-workout meal or a very healthy, goal oriented choice for any meal you have throughout the day
