Easiest Protein Pancakes In Less Than 5 Minutes

A lot of other fitness websites post recipes online, I’m no cook nor do I make anything extensive so very rarely will I be posting any recipe. There is a brand of whole wheat protein pancakes mix manufactured by Kodiak Cakes that only needs to have water added, no recipe will be any easier than that. It took me less than 5 minutes to mix, cook, and clean yesterday when I tried these for the first time.

1/2 a cup of mix
1/2 a cup of water
pour on to griddle and flip

Assuming you don’t lather these with sugar filled syrup and butter. The pancakes themselves (per serving) are 190 calories, 30g carbs, 14g protein, and 2g of fat. In addition, there are 5g of dietary fiber and only 3g of sugar. This a very good ratio of macronutrients.

I found them at Target, as of now Harris Teeter and Sams Club do not carry them. Those are the only three places I’ve tried so far.

P.S. If you had some type of waffle iron/maker then this mix would work in there as well
