My Fitness Pal Progress : December 2012-August 2013

This post is about the personal progress I’ve made with fitness goals recently. I wanted to provide some reasoning and examples of why I stress logging your food with My Fitness Pal so much nowadays.

Below are two pictures I took of myself, one in December of 2012 at 195lbs and the other in August of 2013 at 187lbs.

Enrolled in Fitness Nutrition Specialist Program

Taylor Carpenter has enrolled in the Fitness Nutrition Specialist program designed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. NASM is the same organization where I obtained my personal training certification along with my corrective exercises specialist credential.

Updated Gym Directions Page

I’ve updated my Gym Directions page with some photos of the Fox Run Business Park along with my studio entry.

Nobody has had trouble finding the business park but sometimes finding my suite can be tricky as my front door is actually on the side of the building. Hopefully these directions will clear things up for future clients.

Taylor Carpenter NASM Recertification

Finally got my latest re-certification certificate in the mail from the National Academy of Sports Medicine! Good to go through July of 2015!

Each personal trainer that opts to maintain their certification through NASM must complete continuing education credits every 2 years. This ensures all fitness professionals associated with NASM are staying up to date with the latest trends in the constantly evolving fitness & nutrition world.
