Male Strength Templates Almost Done (Online Personal Training)

Three months worth of workout programming towards the online personal training men’s strength templates have now been finished. One more months worth then on to the females.

The original online personal training templates will be designed for male/female strength, male/female fat loss, and a more generic varied template simply geared towards adherence. Over time I’ll probably add some more options but to get things going those will be the 5 groups targeted.

Studio Photo Gallery Updated Sept 2016

I have now uploaded a new photo gallery to the Studio Photo Gallery section. All pictures done by long term client Andres Godoy.

I’m constantly upgrading the facility so the images tend to quickly go out of date. Even since these pictures have been taken I’ve done a little re-arranging and added a high quality punching bag with stand.

New Client Application Form Online

I now have a new client application form online. This should expedite the personal training signup process, cut down back & forth emails, and ultimately save a good 10 minutes or so during consultations. In some scenarios I may be able to eliminate the consultations all together and jump right into the training.

Updated Image Gallery of the Studio

Just a quick update. I uploaded new pictures on my studio on the Pics & Video page. Hard to believe it has been a full year since I’ve done that. I will now get to work on creating and editing a new video.

Exclusive 45 Minutes Sessions, 30/60 Min Options Discontinued

I have decided to discontinue the 30 minute and 60 minute session options going forward. From now on I will be working exclusively one on one with clients for 45 minute sessions. No boot camps, no groups/pairs. I am the only personal training studio in Charlotte NC that I’m aware of that works exclusively one on one with no other trainers/clients in the gym area.
