As I’ve mentioned in many other posts, I’m constantly upgrading this facility at a rate that I can’t imagine anywhere else is matching.

I now have a new punching bag and stand delivered that should be up and ready this weekend. This will add some additional variety and possibly a more “fun” way to do breathtaking cardio. Cardio doesn’t appear to be the favorite here, so always trying to make the necessary a little more enjoyable.
