The details for the 100 Day MyFitnessPal challenge have been posted on the specials board at the studio. You can see a picture below.
The challenge will begin on March 1st, and all existing clients who accurately log their food for 100 consecutive days will earn 1 free session. If you have been logging your food daily, as recommended, then I will reward those people by counting their existing streak retroactively. I know a handful already have 200+ days logged consecutively.
